To fund new smart medical device production line
Dreamtech is issuing new shares to secure 47 billion won to fund the building of production line for smart medical devices.
The company will issue around 3.72 million general shares. Share allotment will commence on November 4. Placement date will be December 15. The new shares will be listed on November 28.
Dreamtech will use the secured funds to building production lines for smart medical devices as well as 5G components and modules. Some of the funds will be used for research and development.
The company has designated the healthcare sector as its new growth engine and has developed smart medical devices such as wireless electrocardiogram sensors.
The company recently launched its medical device brand called i.SigNal.
