Merck, Guardian Glass announces strategic partnership 

Merck and Guardian Glass has formed a strategic partnership to commission sales of evrise dynamic liquid crystal window, the companies said.

Eyrise provides shading comfort by cutting solar glare without compromising on natural day light.

There is also a privacy window variant that offers instant switch from transparent to translucent.

Merck has secured a new sales channel for its touted crystal window with the deal.

Michael Heckmeier, Head of the Display Solutions business unit at the Performance Materials business sector of Merck, said in statement: “Our goal now is to expand the reach of our eyrise products to new markets and regions. With this strategic partnership with Guardian Glass, we will be able to leverage their know-how and network in the architecture industry as well as their expert sales force to penetrate new market segments.”
