Dreamtech has received the Korea Good Manufacturing Practice (KGMP) certificate for its electrocardiogram patches, the company said on Tuesday.

The company has already received the GMP certificate that allows it to sell its goods in the US and Europe.

Dreamtech said it now plans to get the certificate from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for medical devices, which will allow it to sell them for use in holter monitor tests in South Korea.

The patches can be attached to a patient’s chest.

It doesn’t have the cables or machines of traditional holter monitors that caused discomfort for the patient as well as possible infection from reuse.

Dreamtech said it plans to launch patch-type devices that can measure blood pressure and SpO2 in the future.
