Moxa launches the MC-1220 edge computer series
They realize AIoT in hazardous environments
Taiwanese industrial network firm Moxa has launched the new MC-1220 series of edge computers, the company said on Thursday.
The MC-1220 series come with Intel core i7, i5 and i3 with multiple extended interface. It supports hardware accelerators like VPU.
They also support Intel OpenVINO tool kit used for development of AIoT (artificial intelligence and Internet of Things) applications.
MC-1220 series was a durable computing platform that can operate and a wide range of temperatures. It can be placed outdoors and hazardous environments __ it has a C1D2 and ATEX Zone 2 authentications.
They also support multi Wi-FI and cellular connection options. They don’t require a wireless gateway. It has straightened hardware security and TPM 2.0 technology.
