SKKU’s Carbonium team wins KETI developers contest

Sung Kyung Kwan University’s (SKKU) Carbonium team has won the grand prize in the fourth Mobius developers content hosted by Korea Electronics Technology Institute (KETI).

Mobius is KETI’s open source IoT platform. It is based on the one M2M standard.

Carbonium developed a service that calculates green gas emission in real time and predict future emission volume through artificial intelligence. 

Two teams from Soon Chun Hyang University won the second and third prize. One team developed a service that uses smart band and machine learning for behavior education aimed at children.

Another developed a service that notifies the status of patients of COVID-19 in self-isolation to managers.

A total of 32 teams participated in the event.
