RAM Tech to build new hydrogen fluoride factory

RAM Technology will build a new hydrogen fluoride factory that will begin operations in 2022.
Once it is complete, the company’s production capacity for hydrogen fluoride will increase by six times to 13,000 metric tonnes per month, it said.
The factory will be built on 23,948 meter-square of land at the industrial zone in Dangjin.
RAM Technology was founded in 2001 and makes various materials used in semiconductor production.
