Hanwha awarded IR prize by Korea Exchange 

Hanwha Corporation and Hanwha Systems were received the awards by Korea Exchange for excellences in public disclosures.

The Korea Exchange said the two companies shared information quickly and accurately, which allowed them to strengthen communication with shareholders.

Hanwha Corporation received the award for excellence in its disclosures published in the English language. The Korea Exchange has been promoting companies to file public disclosures in English.

It has been giving awards for excellence in public disclosures in English since last year.

Hanwha Corporation made 30 public disclosures in English. The company said it made sure that its foreign investors could also get quality information quickly and accurately.

Its disclosure on its selling of its cluster bomb business was cited in reports of foreign institutional investors.
