Shares of Samsung’s lens module supplier Coasia Optics resumed trading on KOSDAQ on Monday.

The firm’s shares stopped trading ten months ago after its executives were accused of violating local capital market laws.

A review on whether it should be listed was conducted by authorities afterwards.

Coasia Optics changed its largest shareholders and improved its ownership structure since then.

Coasia Optics will collaborate with subsidiary Coasia CM Vina in technology and overseas sales, the company said. The latter is a tier-1 partner of Samsung.

Coasia Optics recorded 20.9 billion won in sales and 700 million won in operating income in the first quarter. It returned to profitability from a year ago.
