KT has launched its serving robot called AI Serving Robot at a Mad for Garlic restaurant in Seoul, the carrier said on Tuesday.
MFG Korea, which owns the Mad for Garlic chain, will collaborate with KT to find new customer scenarios, the carrier said.
New robots made based on the scenarios will be deployed to more Mad for Garlic restaurants in South Korea later, KT said.
AI Serving Robot has 3D mapping and autonomous driving technology. It can move through tables freely and avoid obstacles, the carrier said.
