Increase of 20% in sheet cutting
DA Technology has developed a roll to sheet-based high-speed notching cutting magazine equipment, the company said on Tuesday.
The gripper can now use the cam shaft to activate cutting. Previous equipment used leaner and servo motors for the x-axis and y-axis of the cutter equipment when cutting electrolyte which was difficult to increase speed with, DA said.
The latest equipment boasts 300 sheet per minute speed compared to 200 to 300 sheet per minute offered on previous equipment.
DA says the structure of the equipment is simple and it is cost-effective.
The company is currently offloading unprofitable businesses and putting effort into ones that are profitable.
