Company to list on KOSDAQ on November 17
Nepes Ark has finalized its share offering price for its upcoming IPO at 26,500 won.
A total of 1,013 institutional investors took part in its demand forecast from November 2 to 3.
Nepes Ark is aiming to secure 62 billion won from being listed.
The company specializes in testing system semiconductors.
It currently tests power chips, display driver IC, application processors and 5G RFIC.
Underwrite Mirae Asset Daewoo said demand for testing system semiconductors are expected to grow going forward and this contributed to popularity of Nepes’ shares.
Nepes Ark will commence its retail subscription from November 9 to 10.
It will offer 468,080 shares, or 20% of the share it is offering.
It will list on KOSDAQ on November 17.
