Game streaming service coming later this year
Nvidia will expand its GeForce Now game streaming service to Australia, Turkey and Saudi Arabia later this year, the company said.
GeForce Now offers hundreds of games from Nvidia’s data center in North Amercia and Europe for PC gamers. It supports PCs, Macs, Chromebooks, Android and iOS devices.
Australia’s Pentanet, Turkey’s Turkcell and Saudi Arabia’s Zain KSA are the latest carriers to join the GeForce Now Alliance, Nvidia said.
Like other alliance members, these telcos will place Nvidia RTX servers on the edge to offer lower latency gaming experiences using their broadband and 5G network for gamers.
South Korea’s LG Uplus, Japan’s SoftBank and KDDI and Taiwan Mobile, as well as Russia’s GRN.RU are alliance members.
