Its 8th suspension since the start of the second quarter
Hyundai Motor Company said on Monday that it will suspend production at its factory in Montegomery, Alabama for a week due to problems with producing chips.
The factory will halt production from June 14 to 21. It is the automobile company’s eighth suspension since the start of the second quarter this year.
Production will further be halted from June 26 to July 11 for its regular annual inspection.
