Automobile component maker Mando has received an award from customer General Motors.
Mando received the Launch Excellence award in the US car giant’s 2020 Supplier of the Year event.
The Korean company supplied brakes for Chevrolet’s Silverado pickup truck last year.
Mando said it did so without hiccups despite the pandemic and hurricane Sally.
The company said it has been awarded by General Motors seven times so far.
