Telechips said on Friday that it was supplying application processors for digital dashboards on cars to a top European automaker.

The chip meets ISO26262 B safety standard, the company said.

Telechips said the company succeeded in meeting the requirements of global OEMs and is expecting more orders.

The company is also working to commercialize a microcontroller unit for vehicles.

Meanwhile, it is also planning to launch its new chip N-Dolphin during the first quarter of next year. The chip is a vision processor with a neural processing unit in it and designed for advanced driver assistance systems.
