Company to expand sales in South Korea through Woowon
Chip testing equipment maker Hprobe said on Friday that it has won an order for its wafer-level magnetic tester from South Korea’s largest chip firm.
The French company offers various testing equipment for semiconductor devices.
The firm’s major product is its IBEX platform, used to test MRAM, is compatible with its automatic 200mm and 300mm wafer probers
Hprobe said it has signed a distribution and sales agreement with local firm Woowon Technology to expand its share in South Korea.
Woowon currently imports manufacturing machines, subsystems and components from companies in 20 countries.
