Company to offer a million won in benefits for those returning their old TVs to buy new models
Samsung Electronics will offer up to a million won in benefits for those returning their TVs to buy the 2020-model QLED TVs in South Korea, the company said on Tuesday.
The program will run from July to September 30, the South Korean tech giant said. Those who return their old TVs and buy a 2020-model QT80 TV or higher tier will get up to a million won in benefits.
Samsung will also offer an 80% discount for soundbars for customers buying the new TV models.
Those who buy the new models will also get a 6-month free trial of local streaming service TVING, the company added.
