Italian wireless module firm Telit said its 5G data card FN980 has secured approval from various countries.
It has received the KC certification from the Korea Communication Commission. It has also received approval from the FCC, PTCRB, RED, GCF, JRL, JTBL and other authorities globally.
FN980 is based on Qualcomm’s X55 5G modem. It supports sub-6GHz spectrum as well as standalone and non-standalone networks. For 4G LTE, it supports up to Cat 20 and 7 carrier aggregation as well as 256 QAM.
