LG Uplus has launched a new loss and damage insurance for premium smartphones that Galaxy Fold was eligible for, the telco said on Thursday.
The carrier said the plan was 6% to 9% cheaper than competitor’s. It was also cheaper than insurance plans offered by smartphone makers.
LG Uplus stressed that it was the only telco that offered such insurance for the Galaxy Fold.
