Nvidia tests GeForce RTX 30 on 88-inch model
LG Electronics said on Wednesday its 8K OLED TV has been recognized as the best TV to realize Nvidia’s GeForce RTX Series GPU.
The US chip giant demonstrated its new GPU series on LG’s 88-inch 8K OLED model on Tuesday.
LG’s Signature OLED 8K has over 33 million pixels and supports 60Hz refresh rate at 8K resolution. It supports 48Gbps bandwidth.
The South Korean company collaborated with Nvidia last year to bring G-Sync Compatibility to its OLED TV lineup. The feature matches the GPU of outer device with the TV’s refresh rate to minimize screen tearing and stuttering during game plays.
LG said its OLED TV had a response time of 1ms and is perfect for gaming.
