Hana Technology said on Friday that it will issue 100% bonus shares.

Existing shareholders will get one free share per existing ordinary share.

The company will issue 3.51 million shares for free __ it will have 7.27 million shares in total afterwards.

The shares will be issued on March 23 and listed on April 13.

Hana said it was issuing the bonus shares to increase shareholders’ value and secure liquidity.
